Productivity Compensation Opportunities with Zennoa

Let me start with a lesson I learned growing up on the ranch in Idaho.  Every summer we would take our cattle out to the high country range for the summer.  The idea was that they would grace all summer and when round-up time came in the fall they would have gained weight and we could take the calves to the market. That's how earned our living. We found, however, that once the cattle were on the summer range they tended to hang out by the stream edges where there was good water to drink and initially plenty of grass. Soon, however, they had eaten all the grass and would only venture out as far as necessary to keep alive but not gain weight.

What we needed was to encourage them to range out onto the hillsides and other places where the grass was plentiful. To get them to do this we had to create some incentives. By packing salt blocks to areas away from the streams we could encourage them to leave their comfort zone and travel to the salt licks. Of course, they were eating all the way up and back covering the range much better, protecting the stream edges and gaining weight in the process.  This strategy is what we called "Salting the Ridges" it was an effective motivation tool.  

I am sure if the cows could talk they would have suggested that we should just put the salt close to the stream making life easier for them. Thay had the ability, the product opportunity was there, the reality is that they needed motivation.  You don't have to look around too far to see how motivations and incentives are use all around us in our daily lives. Evan salt on popcorn at the theaters to get us to get up and buy a soft drink, you get the point.

3 Bring Onboard  new Affiliates building your distribution network and receive $50 each you onboard and a supervisor commission of $12.50 each for the next four new affiliates in each of your network channels. (This is an Incentive bonus designed to build a large productive Zennoa sales organization while compensating Affiliates for their recruitment and training efforts)

4 Generate Team Commissions from overall team sales productivity (This is a Performance based compensation program that rewards teamwork based sales success)

5 Achieve high productivity levels within your network and earn additional Power Wave Bonus (Designed to motivate and reward high performers)

6 Earn Mentor Bonus by achieving retention targets in your network. (Designed to encourage mentoring and affiliate retention)

7 Build out large high networks and receive Global leadership Bonus. Motivation rewards for Affiliates who build large distribution networks)

8 Revenue sharing with Zennoa (Company profit sharing plan to qualified affiliates)
