Productivity Compensation Opportunities with Zennoa
Let me start with a lesson I learned growing up on the ranch in Idaho. Every summer we would take our cattle out to the high country range for the summer. The idea was that they would grace all summer and when round-up time came in the fall they would have gained weight and we could take the calves to the market. That's how earned our living. We found, however, that once the cattle were on the summer range they tended to hang out by the stream edges where there was good water to drink and initially plenty of grass. This strategy is what we called "Salting the Ridges" it was an effective motivation tool.
I am sure if the cows could talk they would have suggested that we should just put the salt close to the stream making life easier for them. Thay had the ability, the product opportunity was there, the reality is that they needed motivation. You don't have to look around too far to see how motivations and incentives are use all around us in our daily lives. Evan salt on popcorn at the theaters to get us to get up and buy a soft drink, you get the point.
